There Always, Something Sings is a musical exploration of religious division and unity. Featuring music by American composers of varied religious and cultural backgrounds, this recital is our reflection on the power of peaceful dialogue and the brutal repercussions of cultural division. Featuring music by Mohammed Fairouz, Paul Winchester, Michelle Isaac, and Erik Contzius. This event is sponsored by Lawrence Academy and will be performed in the beautiful Conant Gallery.
Ms. Born will sing “There Always, Something Sings” by Michelle Isaac, “Refugee Blues” by Mohammed Fairouz, “Hineih ma tov” by Erik Contzius, and “Let All Bitterness Depart From You,” by Paul Winchester.
